1. Put butter and coconut oil in a pan and melt over low heat. 2. Add Cheong and mix well. 3. Turn off the heat and add puffed rice. Mix until evenly coated. 4. Put the mixture into a tray and press it flat. 5. Cool completely, then cut into bars and serve.
