What is the return policy?
Fruity Jar offers natural products made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. It is impossible to return once a product has been opened because of the short shelf life of our products. Only if there is confirmed defect, you can request refund or replacement.
Refundable items
Unopened products: If you discover a defect or quality issue before opening, you may contact us for a replacement or refund
Damaged during delivery: If you order arrives with visible damage (ex. Cracked bottles, broken seals), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an incorrect product, we will gladly replace it with the correct item.
Non-Refundable items
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products not stored according to storage instructions
- Returns requested after 5 days from delivery

Please provide your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos. Our team will review your request and confirm next steps in 24 hours.

What is Cheong? How do I use it?
Cheong is a Korean-style fruit preserve made with fresh fruit and pure honey. We make ours without any additives or sugars, so it's naturally sweet and simple!
You can use Cheong anywhere you'd use a syrup: drizzle it over yogurt or pancakes, use it as a dressing or sauce, or mix it with water or alcohol for beverages.

How do I store?
Refrigerate upon delivery. For the freshest taste, enjoy within 10 days. When kept cold and handled cleanly, it’s good for up to 2–3 weeks. Always use a clean, dry spoon and close the lid tightly. If you notice bubbling, off smells, or mold, please discard.
Not suitable for infants under 12 months (Contains honey).
How long will it take to ship?
Delivery is usually the next business day after handover. Please allow 1–3 business days within the Netherlands.
Because we make everything fresh in small batches, processing can occasionally take a little longer. If you have any issues, please reach out! We’re happy to help. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
For now, we deliver within the Netherlands only and shipping is free.
