1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, and an egg (or pancake mix) in a bowl.
2. Add 2–3 tbsp of Cheong and mix well.
3. Heat a pan with a little butter or oil.
4. Pour the batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form.
5. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with extra Cheong or fruit on top.
