    Omija Granola Bars

    Ingredients

    200g rolled oats (havermout)

    100g mixed nuts of your choice (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts)

    50g dried fruits of your choice (cranberries, raisins, apricots)

    3 tbsp butter (about 40 g)

    50ml omija cheong (adjust on your preference)

    A pinch of salt

    Steps

    1. Preheat oven to 170 °C and spread oats and nuts on a baking sheet, bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.

    2. In a saucepan, melt butter over lot heat.

    3. Add omija cheong and stir gently.

    4. In a large bowl, mix the toasted oats, nuts, dried fruits, and warm omija cheong mixture.

    5. Stir until evenly coated.

    6. Put the mixture firmly and evenly into the rectangular pan with cooking paper.

    7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and cut into bars of your desired size.
